It’s a long time that I didn’t post anything but just because the “summer” is arrived and we pass all the day in our organic garden and in the house renovations.

In the next post I’ll try to post some new photos and some news about the works in progress, a the moment I leave you with a beautiful sunset from our house!

Delicious Homemade!

Bread and pizza homemade. Below the recipes to prepare them! 🙂

Pizza with mozzarella cheese Pizza cooked ham and mozzarella cheeseFocaccia rosemary and salt

Pizza:

500gr flour

300 gr water

1 yeast (25gr)

1 t/s sugar

10gr salt

Put the flour in a bowl with salt and sugar while heat the water, but not a lot. Once the water is slightly heated put some in an other bowl with the yeast and mix just that is dissolved.

After put the yeast in the flour and start to mix with your hand, when the flour start to lump put the rest of the water. Now leave the mass repose for some minutes and then, work it for 10 min just that it comes smooth and soft.

Your mass is taking shape!

Once worked, cut the mass in 3 o 4 balls and let rise 2 hours in the oven (previously heated to 50º) covered by a towel with a glass of water. When the masses are ready,  roll out and fill with the ingredients you prefer, while heat the oven to 250º/270º and when is a temperature put your pizza inside for 10 min (it depends from your oven).

wainuts, sesame, poppy, pumpkin seeds, cereals

Put the flour in a bowl with salt and sugar while heat the water, but not a lot. Once the water is slightly heated put some in an other bowl with the yeast and mix just that is dissolved.

After put the yeast in the flour and start to mix with your hand, when the flour start to lump put the rest of the water. Now leave the mass repose for some minutes and then, work it for 10 min just that it comes smooth and soft. (In this moment you could add the cereals, sesame and whatever you want)

Your bread is taking shape!

Once worked, let rise 1h 30 min in the oven (previously heated to 50Âş) cover by a towel with a water glass, once passed the time work again the mass and model it like you prefer and let it rise again for 30/40 min, while heat the oven to 210Âş. When is a temperature put your bread inside for 30/40 min (it depends from your oven).
